As a staff psychiatrist at Mass General Hospital, our founder saw first-hand how the insurance-based, outpatient psychiatric system was fundamentally broken. Patients encounter a revolving door of clinics and providers, jumping from location to location as their insurance changes. True healing — through an expert combination of medications, therapy and lifestyle improvements — felt consistently out of reach for patients.

With that frustration in mind, she and her husband spent 2025 building their own concierge practice in Boston. Their vision was to create a practice where she would want to work: One that was physician-led, patient-focused, and designed to create true work-life balance for providers.

That clinic's mission was a simple one: Provide the highest possible quality of care — not appointments that maximize insurance revenue.

The patient response was tremendous.

It turns out that the simple strategy of prioritizing your patients over the insurance company significantly improves patient outcomes, and creates excellent doctor-patient relationships. Our first clinic grew from $0 to $600,000 ARR in less than 12 months.

Now, our vision is to continue growing this novel system. We plan to hire psychiatrists across the country in 2026 and 2027, creating the first national network of concierge psychiatric clinics in the country.
